NSTNTX Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NSTNTX website, applications, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and User Agreement ("Terms").

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

NSTNTX is a tool provider, not a publisher or curator of user-generated content.

NSTNTX does not:

• Review prompts or outputs prior to generation
• Endorse, promote, or validate user content
• Guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of generated content

4. User Responsibility for Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all prompts, inputs, and outputs generated using the Service
• You assume full responsibility for how generated content is used, distributed, published, or displayed
• NSTNTX has no obligation to monitor, review, or moderate content except as required by law

You agree that you will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to the activities listed below.

5. Prohibited Uses

5.1 Illegal Content

• Content that violates local, national, or international law
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction involving minors
• Non-consensual sexual content
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Terrorism or violent extremism

5.2 Harmful or Abusive Content

• Threats of violence
• Harassment or targeted abuse
• Hate speech or content promoting discrimination based on protected characteristics

5.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
• Impersonation of real individuals without authorization where prohibited by law

5.4 Deceptive or Fraudulent Use

• Deepfake impersonation intended to deceive or defraud
• False endorsements, scams, or misinformation campaigns

NSTNTX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Mature & Sensitive Content

The Service may be used to generate fictional, artistic, or expressive content intended for mature audiences, subject to the restrictions above.

NSTNTX does not permit:

• Content involving minors in any sexualized or exploitative context
• Content depicting illegal sexual activity
• Content created for the purpose of harassment or harm

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Content Ownership & License

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of prompts you submit and content you generate, to the extent permitted by law.

7.2 License to NSTNTX

By using the Service, you grant NSTNTX a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce these Terms

NSTNTX does not claim ownership over user-generated content.

8. Payment, Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment or subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are disclosed at checkout

NSTNTX reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Account Termination

NSTNTX may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• Required by law or legal process
• Necessary to protect the platform or other users

Termination may result in loss of access to content and features.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NSTNTX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

NSTNTX DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free outputs
• That generated content will meet user expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

NSTNTX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER-GENERATED CONTENT

NSTNTX'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NSTNTX, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

13. Privacy
