SITE RULES & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Last Updated: November 9, 2025
These Site Rules establish the standards for content creation and community interaction on NSTNTX. Our goal is to foster creative freedom while maintaining legal compliance and ethical responsibility.
INTRODUCTION TO OUR MODERATION PHILOSOPHY
NSTNTX is committed to providing a creative platform where users can explore artistic expression while adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards. Our moderation system balances artistic freedom with platform responsibility through:
- Proactive AI Moderation: Real-time content scanning using advanced AI detection
- Human Review: Expert moderators for complex cases and appeals
- Educational Approach: Clear guidance and warnings to help users align with guidelines
- Fair Process: Transparent violation tracking and appeal mechanisms
Our Commitment to Fair Moderation
We believe in giving users the opportunity to learn and correct unintentional violations. Our system treats each rule type independently, ensuring that first-time violations receive educational warnings rather than immediate penalties.
Key Principle: Each infraction type starts as a first offense. A warning for content guidelines doesn't count against copyright compliance, allowing users to address different aspects of platform rules separately.
CORE CONTENT RULES
RULE 1: LEGAL COMPLIANCE
All content must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws. NSTNTX operates under strict regional compliance standards.
Examples of Violations:
- Content promoting or depicting illegal activities
- Violations of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws
- Content that violates regional age restrictions or content regulations
- Depictions that violate specific jurisdictional content laws (e.g., certain imagery restrictions)
First Infraction Response:
Users receive immediate notification identifying the specific legal violation, with guidance on compliance and 7-day correction period. This warning applies only to legal compliance issues and does not affect other rule categories.
RULE 2: NO HATE SPEECH OR DISCRIMINATION
Content must not promote hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Prohibited Content Includes:
- Racial, ethnic, or religious hatred
- Sexual orientation or gender identity discrimination
- Disability-based mockery or exclusion
- Any content that dehumanizes or stereotypes protected groups
Educational Warning Process:
First-time violations receive detailed explanation of the specific hate speech rule violated, with examples of compliant artistic expression. This warning is specific to hate speech rules and tracked separately from other violation types.
RULE 3: NO EXPLOITATION OR ABUSE
The Service prohibits any form of exploitation, abuse, or harmful content targeting individuals or groups.
Examples Include:
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (zero tolerance)
- Non-consensual depictions of real individuals
- Content promoting self-harm or violence against others
- Exploitative or abusive power dynamics
Zero Tolerance vs. Educational Approach:
Severe exploitation violations result in immediate suspension. Less severe first-time violations receive detailed warnings explaining the specific rule and acceptable artistic boundaries. Exploitation warnings are tracked separately from other rule categories.
RULE 4: RESPECT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content must respect the intellectual property rights of others. AI-generated content must not infringe existing copyrights.
IP Violations Include:
- Direct copies of copyrighted characters, artwork, or designs
- Trademark violations in commercial contexts
- Reproduction of protected artistic styles without transformative use
- Use of real individuals' likeness without permission
IP Education Process:
First-time IP violations receive specific guidance on fair use, transformative art, and acceptable AI generation practices. Copyright warnings are tracked separately and do not impact other rule categories.
RULE 5: PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Users must not engage in activities that harm platform operations or other users.
Prohibited Activities:
- Automated scraping or API abuse
- Spamming or repetitive content generation
- Account sharing or unauthorized access
- Attempts to circumvent age verification or regional restrictions
Technical Violation Response:
Platform integrity violations receive technical guidance and correction opportunities. These are tracked separately from content-related rules.
WARNING AND STRIKE SYSTEM
Separate Tracking for Each Rule Category
NSTNTX implements an innovative separate tracking system where each rule violation type maintains its own warning history. This ensures users can address different aspects of compliance without cumulative penalties across unrelated rule categories.
Legal Compliance
Rule 1 Warnings: 0/3
Separate from all other rules
Hate Speech
Rule 2 Warnings: 0/3
Independent tracking
IP Violations
Rule 4 Warnings: 0/3
Tracked separately
Progressive Warning System (Per Rule Type):
- First Warning: Detailed explanation + 7-day correction period + educational resources
- Second Warning: Shorter correction period (3 days) + temporary feature restrictions
- Third Warning: Account suspension (14-30 days) for that rule category
- Fourth Offense: Permanent restriction from features related to that rule type
Important: Independent Categories
If you receive a first warning for Rule 1 (Legal Compliance), this does NOT count as a strike against Rule 2 (Hate Speech). You maintain a clean record for each rule category, allowing you to learn and improve across different compliance areas.
Real-World Example of Separate Tracking:
Week 1: Copyright Issue
Rule 4: Generated content too similar to existing artwork
→ First Warning (Rule 4) + IP education
→ Rule 1, 2, 3, 5 remain at 0 warnings
Week 3: Content Guideline Issue
Rule 2: Borderline hate speech in description
→ First Warning (Rule 2) + sensitivity training
→ Rule 4 remains at 1 warning (separate tracking)
Both are first offenses in their respective categories. No cumulative penalties across different rule types.
APPEAL PROCESS
We provide a fair and transparent appeal process for all moderation decisions. Users have the right to appeal warnings, suspensions, or terminations.
How to Appeal:
- Review Warning: Carefully read the detailed explanation of the specific rule violation
- Gather Information: Collect evidence showing compliance or explaining the context
- Submit Appeal: Email support@nstntx.com with "APPEAL: [Your Username]" in the subject line
- Include Details: Reference the specific warning/notification ID and explain your position
- Response Time: Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days by a senior moderator
Appeal Success Factors:
High Success Rate: 78% of first-time appeals are successful when users demonstrate understanding of the rule and commitment to compliance. We want to help users stay on the platform through education, not exclusion.

FAIR PROCESS
Separate tracking ensures users aren't penalized across unrelated rule categories, allowing focused improvement in specific areas.
